We met Denice and Eisley for lunch at Training Table. We then went over to Layton Park for a photoshoot. Brynn got in on some of the action, she's such a great little poser!

I've decided that newborn photos are my very favorite to take! I've been able to take quite a few newbies pictures this summer and I love it! The best part is snuggling with the little sweeties. This little guy is my new nephew Zack.
Amy and I were finally able to hook up and get some pictures of the girls in the poppies this year! We have lots of good intentions, but alot of times our plans fall through. I have been watching the field for a few weeks waiting for them to arrive. It seems like it was a little late this year? We went up a little sooner than we would have liked, the lighting was still pretty harsh. We did find a nice spot with some shade!
These next pictures were all from my sister's blog. My Mom came up with Amy too and it was nice to have them here for the afternoon.
My sweet little niece Katy is quite the scaredy cat. She gets pretty worried about lots of things. I took out my clown nose to try and get them to look at me and you can see her not so enthusiastic reaction! She started saying "hold me Mom" over and over again! Brynn liked it and thought Mommy was funny!

My interview with a two year old:
I had big plans for TJ's baptism pictures! I shopped for his new suit, found the perfect tie, brainstormed photo ideas. The day was fast approaching and I started to panic being able to get everything done and his announcements ordered in time. The weather never seems to cooperate either. Valentine's Day turned out to be the day! The weather was nice, the day was overcast, perfect! I unfortunately wasn't able to break the news to TJ till right after school. I've been preparing him for this and told him, I knew it wasn't something he wanted to do. But, it was for Mom and I wanted his help so we could get it done nice and quick.

A fellow photographer friend of mine Mandi Nuttall posted about a photography campaign she's starting with her business. Its all about the beauty of women. She posted a contest on her blog and I commented telling her what a great idea I thought it was. Well, a few days later she contacted me and told me I won a free session!
