This is my childhood friend Brooke's little boy Austin. He was staying with his Grandparents which are my Mom's neighbors while his parents moved. They should be there by now. Hope all is well...how's Georgia?
I don't know if I've ever seen a cuter bunch of boys. After Josh worked on Friday he had us come meet him at his cousin's house for some fishing. They live right by a small lake that the kids can fish for free. TJ caught a big catfish on his first cast. He was pretty excited because Lisa gave him a dollar for catching the first fish. This was our first fishing experience as a family.
Gage was bored and didn't want to fish very long. I went and spent most of the time with him at the park.
Just a boy and his pole.
A friend from home asked me last week if Josh and I wanted to go out on a group date with them. About 5 couples were coming down to Salt Lake for dinner at Trolley Square's Rodizio Grill. It worked out perfect because we were already going to be down there. We met up with everyone at 6pm and ate. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun. For those of you that haven't been there your meat is brought around on skewers and carved in single portions at your plate. Josh was in heaven! I'm not a red meat fan but they had a nice variety. My favorites included Turkey wrapped in bacon, Parmesan covered tomatoes and grilled pineapple. We then met at an ice cream shop in Sugar House and visited for a few hours. We've never been on such a large group date before and we had a blast!

Britney, this is my second comment today, I think I just figured it out. My other comment was at the very bottom of you page, I didn't realize there was a place for comments under each listing until I looked at the daily PP's blog. I was really happy to see you back.
Cute pics Brit...that fish is big!! I'm so happy for TJ. Your group date sounds like a ton of fun! I LOVE the grilled pinapple and parmesean veggies..I would load up on them when we could ever afford to go there. Noah's parents took us once and I even tried the alligator, rattlesnake, and wild boar...pretty interesting!
Oh, the pictures of TJ, Gage, and Austin turned out so good. That was a good time having you all come down for a few days.
The pics of our boys are soo cute! I love all your posts and pics. I have Adobe Photoshops elements and don't really know how to use it but your pics look awesome. Do you give lessons? Loves
