After I got the boys ready for bed tonight we were watching TV and TJ turned to me and said "we do yoga at preschool, Mom" Really??? I told him to show me what he's learned and he started whipping out all these moves. "Wait!" I yelled, I need to get my camera. This is just too good not to share.

Amazing! What a good pre-school TJ attends. He knows his positions and the names so well. He looks so serene in the "candle", very correct pose...I hope you'll all be doing yoga before bed every night, should help relax them. I'm so impressed.
This is great!!! I love how he was teaching Gage..very cute!
