Last week they discovered that if you build a tower of block on it's side...you can get it much taller than if it were standing straight up. This one uses all the blocks in the bag.
We finally got some more bubbles for the tub. Last night after filling the bath with nice warm water I left them to play for a minute. I heard giggling and went back in to check on them and they had let all the water out of the tub and were sliding back and forth in the bubble residue. What goof balls!
Another picture from last week. We made our very own pizza pies. I found the pizza stone at a yard sale last year and have only tried it for rolls. I made the dough and the sauce. After I rolled it out I let the boys top it with what ever they wanted. Cheese and pepperoni is what they chose.
Wal-Mart bargain alert! They had these Gerber feetie pj's on clearance for $2 a package! They came with two coordinating sets, so for $1 apiece...I was pretty excited! I got a bunch of pink, yellow and purple ones for the baby.
And finally Gage napping last night....AT 5:30pm! Drives me nuts, this little boys always seems to fall asleep in the very late afternoon. Maybe he still needs naps? Anyway, I tried for 40 minutes to wrestle him awake. And he's such a bear when I wake him, like last night...I didn't try
too hard. I just wasn't up for the fight. I put the kids to bed early, so a late nap like this isn't good. Poor guy took over an hour to fall asleep last night.

I remember those days. Too old for a nap in the middle of the day but too young to make it thru till bedtime. You guys used to fall asleep at the dinner table with your heads in your plates. So funny, but frustrating for Mom's!!! Clever boys with the blocks.

those two are tooooo much! I love the sliding in the leftover bubble residue. That is so funny!
The funny thing is that I actually remember doing that exact same thing in the tub growing up. Good times. I'm like Gage most days and feel like I need a nap around the same time!
