I've been meaning to post pictures of this blanket I made for a few weeks now. I needed to get it finished up so we could move the sewing machine to the house. This is my first attempt at binding a quilt. I did it by hand and I turned out nice. (my corners even looked half decent). The one side is pink minky bubble dot fabric, so soft and the other is green floral design. I can't tell you how fun it is to work with girlie fabric.

I love it. I wish I could sew. You are going to have so much fun with a girl...I am so excited for you...they are just different from boys...in a good way I think. Not that boys are bad...I don't have any but I think there are good things about both. I am sending you an email tonight so keep an eye out for it.
