We sold our house! We signed the papers and Tuesday afternoon and all the paperwork and title transfers happened yesterday. Now, it's official! We are even going to be able to rent back the home for another month while we finish our house. I can't tell you how blessed we feel. The market right now has slowed so much in our area and It would have been so scary not being able to sell this one and have the other. It really couldn't have worked out any more perfect!!!
