.mother's day.

I can safely say, this year was the best mother's day yet!
When I woke up Josh asked if I wanted some pancakes for breakfast. It didn't sound good to me at the moment. The boys were up earlier and ate already anyway. I told him a banana sounded good. This is what I got...

Best banana I've ever had!

I loved this picture of Gage, he's zippin' up the pj's.

We had a nice time at church, although I think that will be my last time there for ah while. I just can't sit through 3 hours anymore!!!
Josh came home during 3rd hour and cleaned the house. He also went and picked me a bouquet of flowers from his Dad's house. They were put in a Tupperware container on the counter. I just love this guy!

After church he also made dinner. I had all the ingredients to make my friend Jenn's dinner crepes. (Thanks Jenn!) I was going to make it later this week. But, Josh wanted to make dinner so I told him to make these. It was a complicated recipe, especially for someone who doesn't necessarily cook on a regular basis. I took a nap and he went to work. He did an excellent job and food that I don't have to cook tastes 100 times better!!! Yum, here's the recipe...

French Crepes
-use as main dish-
Ingredients
Crepes (your own recipe- make # you think you’ll eat.)
2 chicken breasts thawed
½ lb ham cooked
5 large mushrooms
1/3bag of grated Italian blend cheese
½ pint heavy whipping cream
1 cube butter
1 dry packet of ranch dressing
Directions
Melt cube of butter slowly in saucepan,
When melted add your cream and stir often until it reaches a sauce like consistency. Add the dry ranch packet stir 1 minute and add your cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
In a skillet cook your chicken and mushrooms in a couple Tablespoons of olive oil, when cooked add ham. Keep on stove till ham is hot.
Roll chicken mixture up in crepes, pour cheese sauce over crepes.

TJ enjoying Dad's dinner.

Just looking at this picture makes me want some more of these babies! Thanks so much Josh, your the best husband a girl could ever ask for!!!
