.shower surprise!.

Saturday morning we had plans to pick out our kitchen appliances. Josh came back from working on the house and said he was ready to go. He got changed and looked at me and said why don't you put on some make-up and change your shirt. Huh? I thought it was a little strange, but thought to myself I have been rather frumpy lately.

We were able to find a nice range and refrigerator and even found a great deal on a dishwasher (it has a little dent in the front). On the way home we thought about getting some lunch, but I told him lets just go home and eat some leftovers. We parked at the house and walked down. When we got closer to home, I noticed my Mom's car parked on the street next to us. That's my Mom's car I told Josh. No, he said. There are lots of cars like that. I grabbed my phone thinking I missed a call from her, nope. Just then my neighbor Jamie walks out of her house and says she needs my help with something. I waddle up her back steps and walk inside.

"Surprise!" yells about 15 of my friends and family. I was shocked. My sweetest, kindest neighbor, Jamie had thrown me a surprise baby shower! And boy, was I surprised! She in listed help from Josh and my Mom to pull this whole thing off. I've never been so shocked! It also made me feel so loved! Thanks to everyone who came and left me gifts. Such a fun day! (I still don't know how they pulled it off...sneaky, sneaky).
