My boys miss him too. But, when he's gone they love the fact that I prepare more kid friendly meals for dinner.
For instance, last week our dinner menu included:
Ramen Noodles
Mac N Cheese
McDonalds
Yep, nice and healthy huh?
I just can't stand preparing dinner and then having no one but me enjoy it. Besides having Josh home last weekend, I was excited to make and eat real food again.
Here we go again this week. Anyone else do this?

And Brynn LOVED eating noodles for the very first time. She even got the "slurping" thing down. Impressive.

I do that too. Greg works a lot of nights at Maddox. So, we have lots of mac and cheese and ramen too. Its just easier!

Travis has been spending weekends in Logan finishing his thesis, so Jack and I eat a lot of pb&js and black bean quesadillas (Jack won't eat meat)!! Cute pics!
Brynn looks so cute with the noodles hanging out of her mouth, the boy's look like their enjoying them too!! I do the same thing, Ryan isn't a big spaghetti fan so I always make spaghetti when he's not home, I usually let the kids pick. I am sorry Josh is gone again, is he gone for the whole week?

Yeah I think we all do this. Why go through all the trouble of a nice homemade meal if it just me and the kids. I tell Erek all the time I cook for him and me not the kids.
Love that little noodle smile. Yes...when Bryan is not around it is corndogs and tater tots for us...it is hard to cook for just yourself pretty much when kids eat so little and picky...Ha! Way cute

Ummm.... Mac n'cheese. I think I will eat some now. That is the only thing that has sounded remotely good. Daryl is gone too! I hate being alone. Especially since we are both sick.
