.december catch-up.

Christmas was fabulous this year! Our kids are at such a fun ages with Santa and all the magic that surrounds Christmas. We kept busy and Its hard to believe its all over.

The kids draw names with their cousins every year, Dad helped them wrap em'

A few pictures of the tree. I'm in the process of changing the Christmas decor...I hope to have a new tree skirt and stocking next year. Thus the tree was kinda bare. Like the random ball ornaments? The kids helped and I thought they did great!

Plenty of snow for Christmas this year! Dad and Uncle Shane helped make this monstrosity! Its still alive to this day in the front yard.

We had a family night gingerbread spectacular and dinner at the Barker's. Josh was working late, so Mom and the boys tackled the construction of this beauty. I've never bought a kit before...HELLO? It was genius, all the candy and icing right there and ready. Brilliant!

I found some sponge curlers at Shopko. Remember these? Mine were pink and I LOVED having my hair curled.

Brynn left them in longer than I had expected. Forgot to get an after picture, whoops! Next time.

Advent Calenders!
Love them, this year I splurged and got a Lego Christmas Countdown. They boys are getting into Legos and they each took turns opening a new door everyday and making their creations.

Gage was the lucky recipient this day and built a beautiful fountain. It also had a Santa Clause and tree with presents.

Got this one from Pottery Barn last year...still haven't quite figured out what to put in it just yet!

And then there is the preschool advent calender gluing on pieces of Santa's beard to countdown till the big day! Classic.

Cute, cute cute. I love that snowman! btw, I saw you while I was at my mom's ward the weekend after Christmas, but you were hurrying into a class or something so I didn't get to say hi. Funny huh? You are one beautiful lady! :)

I am sad that it is all over too! comes and goes so quick. Looks like a blast though at your house. I put my girls hair in sponge curlers quite a bit for church because they have zero curl of their own!
