.o christmas tree and boo boo.

I bought a Christmas Tree holder on clearance last year and told Josh I wanted to buy a live one this year. We went out last night to pick one out. The fruit farm had the best Charlie Brown looking trees, nice and tall...just what I wanted.

Isn't it cute?

We've never had a real Christmas tree ever since we've been married.

Looks crooked here, but we fixed that. Its about 13 feet tall. We had yet to hang the rest of the lights and ornaments because Brynn had an accident and kinda ruined the night.

We used a screwdriver to tighten the strews into the trunk and Brynn ended up with it afterwards. She fell on top of the screwdriver and cut her eye in two places. Its amazing how close it came to her eye. We feel very blessed it wasn't as bad as it could have been. After checking it out I called the after hours clinic and Brynn and I headed over there.

They fixed her up with two stiches. We had to wrap her in a gown to hold her arms down while they stiched her laseration. It was pretty miserable.

She got a sucker afterwards and she was pretty happy.

I laid her down for a nap this afternoon, she was fussy and needed a nap. I went into check on her and she pointed to her head and said "ouch". Well, she pulled one of the stiches out...lets just hope the last one holds.
