We hosted Josh's family for Thanksgiving this year. It was our first time and thanks to everyone who came and brought something, it went great! I hardly ever cook turkeys so it stressed me out a little. I used Pioneer Woman's brining technique and it was perfect! We made pies the night before and Turkey and stuffing the day of. One nice thing about hosting is that our house got nice and clean beforehand. We had 31 guests, half of which were kids!
