Lisa and her family ended up staying the night at a hotel in Brigham City the same night as the zoo. Her husband was participating in a bike race for diabetes research. We made plans for Saturday. I met her in town early and did a
photoshoot with her kids. After we came back to our house for a little bit and then we went back to their hotel and swam in the pool! The kids had the place to themselves and splashed and screamed all morning! They were in heaven and it was great to be able to sit with Lisa and visit.

That night I hooked us up with a friend to do a family
photoshoot in Logan. I thought it would be fun to go out to eat before to make it a night. I was doing a search on my favorite search engine for places to eat. I've been having fun lately finding a little bit more obscure/off the beaten path
restaurants. I happen to come across a Chilean
restaurant called
Yah Poh that we HAD to try. Josh served his mission in Chile and he seemed pretty excited when I mentioned it. It took
awhile to be served after we ordered, but the food was worth the wait! My kids all LOVED it and so did I. The boys got traditional meat
sandwiches called
Churrascos. Gage's had an egg on top. Brynn and I had french fries. Mine were loaded and called
Chorrillanas. I got mine with ham, cheese, and tomatoes! Josh got his beloved
Completo which is a
hotdog, house dressed cabbage, tomato,
avocado and mayo on a
hoagie type bun. I had a few bite of that too and it was so yummy! We also got some cheese
empanyadas which were
seriously to die over and for dessert
Alfajores which are wafer cookies,
sandwiched between
carmel and the edges rolled in coconut! I've been craving those cookies since we left so I think we'll be visiting there again soon!
