.rock duty.

We spent one weekend up at Grandma and Grandpa's Ranch. Grandpa needed help removing some rocks from one of his fields. We took along Matt to help. On the way we stopped for pizza at Little Ceasears. We had left our trailer there from our last trip up so it was nice to have our 'home' waiting there for us.

It was right to work once we got there. We cleared a space by the house of some rocks, even Brynn was very helpful. We relaxed that evening and roasted hotdogs for dinner.

The next day was the big rock removal in the field across the street. The land has been plowed and ready for them to plant some flowering plants there this fall. Its some kind of project to attract bees to the area.

Brynn was happy to stay in the Mule and watch the boys work. It didn't take as long as I was thinking it would. They filled the front haul on the tractor clear full! The boys were all very hard workers!

After their work, the boys all went on a motorcycle ride while Brynn and I took a rest in the trailer. They found a cow skeleton and thought it was fun to take pictures holding the bones up as masks. Yuck, glad I wasn't there.

The rest of the time was spent relaxing and having fun. The kids rode their motorcycles, played in the dirt, built a fort, shot BB guns, playing in the stream and found all sorts of bones by digging in the dirt. They got SO dirty. Good thing Grandpa's shower was outside so we could hose em' off.
