Christmas with children is magical, isn't it? We had so much fun with the kids this year. After our Christmas Eve party the boys opened one gift from Mom and Dad, new pj's and then we put them to bed.
TJ woke up about 5am and came in our room. He said that Santa had "already left". We told him it was too early and that he needed to get back to bed for a little while longer. He came back about an hour later, this time with Gage (who he woke up) and said that Santa brought him lots of toys. They climbed in bed with me while I fed Brynn and Dad got everything set up in the front room. It was fun to listen to how excited they both were. Apparently
TJ had got a flashlight and snooped around the tree before waking us at 5am! Santa left a few presents unwrapped and he got a good look at those ones.
Josh came to get us after he set up the video recorder and got the fire started and warmed up a bit.

Brynn was so much fun and at such a great age. We've never had a baby this young for Christmas before. The boys were both winter babies and almost a year by the time their first Christmas rolled around.

She smiled the entire morning and loved to eat the wrapping paper...

and the packaging!

She got a few gifts including a new doll. (I know she's too young, but I couldn't resist)

Santa also brought us these coaster cars. They are a blast. You wiggle the handle back and forth to propel you forward and they are good up to 230 lbs.

They have been
alot of fun and the boys have been riding them around the basement. Can't wait till spring then we can take them out on the driveway.

And finally a picture of everyone in their Christmas PJ's. Why is it that Brynn cries in every picture taken with her brothers lately?
We stayed home all day (except a quick visit to Grandma and Grandpa's down the street) We usually spend the afternoon in Salt Lake with my family, but the snow we got this year made the commute seem to hard this time. We did make it down a few days later.
Hope you all had a nice holiday!

So fun! I know my boys were so excited too. I just wish the magic could last forever! The little scooters are so fun, our friends have some.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that TJ peaked at what Santa brought. Tee was so excited too.
I can't get over what a cute Dad Josh is. You can just tell he loves his kids. You are a lucky lady!!! :)
Oh Brit!!! I love Christmas and seeing what everyone got! Kids are so cute to have around.... really, what would we do without them?! How do you get so many pictures on your posts? I can only upload like five and that's it. I would love to know how cause it's annoying not being ablt to put all the pics I want on. email me- jaoverson@gmail.com
Love their new jammies..looks like such a fun day!! I can't wait for little ones of our own..just makes the day so much more exciting!!
Where did you find you coaster cars? I have looked everwhere.
I totally need a coaster car!!!
I love the outfit Brynn is wearing. I have one that is 3-6 months, 6-9, and 12 month size. I got it for Hailey when she was a baby and I loved it so much, I got 2 more sizes. The only thing is, like every picture from 3 months to a year, she is wearing it!
