.st. george trip.

Back in April when Josh and I went on our trip we stopped and saw the Tuachaun theater in St. George. I told Josh we had to come back and take the kids. After we got home, I booked us a two night stay/Tuachaun play package with the same hotel that we stayed at. We left early Friday morning. Josh's last day with Utah Yamas was Thursday and thank goodness when he started Nucor the next week, he would be doing the day shift for a week. It worked out great, thank goodness. The drive went well. We told the kids this would be their trial run in the car to see if they are ready yet to travel to Disneyland. The watched movies and everyone had a nap on the way. Once we check in the kids wanted to go swimming, so we spent a few hours at the pool.

We rested up a bit and then went out to dinner before our show. We went to the Pizza Factory. The food was great and they had yummy breadsticks!

After dinner we went straight out to the theater. The show was suppose to start at dark, approximately 8:45 but it said they have entertainment on the plaza and you could arrive early. We got there about 7:30.

The show was spectacular. The boys loved all the pyrotechnics and explosions. The costumes were gorgeous and the setting just can't be beat. The show was sold out, they were pretty excited because it was their 6th consecutive sell out. This was a late night for our kids. Brynn was deliriously tired, but stayed awake the whole show. I kept trying to get her to lay down in my lap. When I would put her head down she'd look up and tell me. "But I can't see, Mom". We looked over at Gage towards the end of the show and he was zonked out. He slept for about 10 minutes is all. We slipped out at the very end while the performers were taking their bows so we didn't get stuck in any traffic. It was an amazing night, that's for sure!
